Natalie Portman turns 30

Okay, so it was yesterday, but rather late than not at all! The star of the year, soon-to-be-mother, Natalie Portman turned the big 30 yesterday. At only 30 she can be amazingly proud of her accomplishments. She has played so many different roles, recently won an Oscar and from the looks of it, is now starting a great family life. Whether it’s luck, looks or talents or all of the above, I think she owes her success to the risks she’s taken in choosing her roles. Some of my favourite Portman films: The Professional, Star Wars, Closer, V For Vendetta and Black Swan. What are some of yours?
