Very V.M.A…
As you know, the V.M.A’s went down last night and what an event it was. Kanye West seemed to have redeemed himself after his Taylor Swift outburst, who is said to have forgiven him and Lady Gaga and Cher saw eye to eye (Having once upon a time being a Lady Gaga herself).
Speaking of the Lady herself, who is definitely no stranger to the public eye, made her mark last night when she won in 8 categories. Also, not another shocker- Gaga being well known for her strange and outrageous outfits took it a step further this time with her meat dress. This costume seemingly appeared to have been made up of meat slithers. Yummy. My guess is she might not have many fans from the animal rights groups…
Says the pop star:
“Well, it is certainly no disrespect to anyone that is vegan or vegetarian, because as you know, I am the most judgment-free human being on the earth.”
“However, it has many interpretations. For me this evening, if we don’t stand up for what we believe in and fight for our rights pretty soon, we’re going to have as much rights as the meat on our bones. And, I am not a piece of meat.”
Oh! The irony.
