Loading ...enmasse says Relax
On Monday after work I took my stressed out headachy self to enmasse, Cape Town’s latest and greatest in massage concepts, for a thai yoga massage. Immediately calmed by the warm and spacious interior I changed into loose white cotton pants and a top (supplied by enmasse) and was taken upstairs to the massage area. The massage itself is unique in that it’s a clothed oil free massage and the therapists stretch your body into various yoga positions as well as dealing with those pesky tension knots. It has to be the best massage I’ve ever experienced and after enjoying a cup of tea from their extensive tea tree I left feeling completely relaxed and headache free, ready for the nine hour sleep that was to follow.

I have turned a new leaf…after my enmasse treatment, gone are the days of old/oil. When I lay back in the tea lounge after my massage I fell asleep before I could decide which tea to drink. Bring on the membership!
